Booking and payment. Hooked Up Media, LLC facilitates the reservation and collects the deposit and disclosed card/booking fees shown at checkout. Any remaining trip balance is owed according to the booking arrangement with the fishing guide. The amount charged now is shown in the Total Due Now section.

Changes, cancellations, and weather. Requests to cancel or reschedule, eligibility for refunds, and decisions concerning unsafe weather are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy communicated for your trip and applicable law. Contact the booking provider or guide as soon as possible if you need to make a change. A guide may reschedule a trip where conditions are unsafe.

Safety and participation. Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. Follow the captain's safety directions and applicable rules. The fishing trip is operated by the selected guide, not by the payment processor.

Payment method storage and future charges. By accepting these terms, I authorize Hooked Up Media, LLC and its payment processor, Stripe, to securely save the payment method I use for this booking for future authorized transactions. I authorize Hooked Up Media, LLC to charge that saved card for amounts I expressly approve later and for any specifically disclosed fees that I agree may arise under the terms of this reservation, such as applicable cancellation or no-show fees. I understand that the amount and circumstances of any such fee must be disclosed before it is assessed, and that this authorization does not permit unlimited or undisclosed charges. Hooked Up Media, LLC does not need to store my full card number or security code on its own server; Stripe handles payment-method storage. I may contact Hooked Up Media, LLC to ask about a charge or request removal of a saved payment method, subject to outstanding authorized obligations.

Agreement. By continuing, I confirm that the booking details and payment amount displayed to me are correct and that I agree to these terms.
